Delete your Havn account and data

Android application company.surious.salenkos (published as Havn, shown as Вдома on Ukrainian- and Russian-language devices).

There are two ways to permanently delete your account and everything stored with it. Both remove the same data, and neither can be undone.

From inside the app

  1. Open Havn and go to the Account tab.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm that you understand the consequences, then re-type your display name to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.

By email, if you no longer have the app

Send a message to suriousHornet@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you used to sign in, asking for your account to be deleted. No other information is needed. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and you will get a confirmation once it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Nothing from the list above is retained after deletion, and no backup copy of it is kept.

Two kinds of technical data are not part of that list, because they were never attached to your account: aggregated usage statistics recorded by Google Analytics for Firebase, and crash reports recorded by Firebase Crashlytics. Both are identified by a random Support ID generated on your device — not by your account, email or display name — and both are retained under Firebase's standard retention periods. Deleting your account also deletes the record that linked that Support ID to you, so what remains cannot be traced back to your account. Crash reports contain no location, no place names, no network names and no account identifier; the Privacy Policy lists exactly what they do contain. If you want the crash reports from a particular device removed as well, send us its Support ID (it is on the Account tab) and we will do what the tooling allows.
